You will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of students with SEMH challenges. This is a full-time, long-term position ideal for someone who has a SEND background as a teaching assistant, care worker or youth worker. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with teaching staff to support the learning and emotional well-being of students with SEMH needs. • Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities that cater to diverse learning needs. • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff and caregivers as required.
