Job Title: Teaching Assistant

This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offers a PAYE hourly rate starting from £12.50. With excellent transport links, commuting to this rewarding role is stress-free.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students with diverse needs achieve their full potential by:
Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to students' abilities.
Providing one-on-one and small group support, focusing on boosting confidence and independence.
Assisting students with core subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science, as well as other creative and life-skill activities.
Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.
Supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Cerebral Palsy, PMLD, and Severe Learning Difficulties.
Building meaningful relationships with students to foster trust, motivation, and progress.
Helping track and document student progress to celebrate achievements and identify areas for growth.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in education, care work, youth clubs, residential care, or supporting family members with SEN.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Knowledge or awareness of SEN, challenging behaviours, or complex needs.
