Do you have a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs? We are currently seeking two SEND teaching assistants to support a wonderful school setting in Redditch. You will be supported from your first day by us at Axcis Education, the UK’s leading SEND specialist supply agency and whilst on school site by the amazingly hands-on & approachable senior leadership team. We have successfully recruited many staff for this setting onto permanent contract recently who have come from school settings as well as residential & support backgrounds. We will provide you with free training to enable you to settle in-school and feel as confident as possible. To be considered, you will need experience supporting individuals with special educational needs or disabilities. We will review each application on a case-by-case basis, taking time to understand your individual background and supporting you into working with Axcis Education, giving you the confidence to match your passion for supporting individuals with SEND needs. This role will be: - Monday to Friday, working 8:30 till 3:30. Term time only. - Axcis have a fantastic relationship with the school, enabling staff to be taken on permanently if you are successful in role. - Weekly pay, a week in arrears, paid every Friday! - Pay starts from £95.29 per day, dependent on experience. - Access to over 120 FREE SEND specific training courses.
