Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant We are currently seeking an unqualified teaching assistant to join one of our wonderful SEND schools in Islington. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities then a teaching assistant position might be the perfect role for you. Main responsibilities: -Support the classroom teacher in creating and assisting in engaging lessons. -Assist SEND pupils with daily activities, making sure they are safe and supported. -Build and grow positive relationships with pupils to boost their confidence and aid in learning. -Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupils development. Qualifications and Skills: No formal qualifications are required; a genuine interest in working with children is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
