Job Title: Youth Work Teaching Assistant
Location: Islington
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:00 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
-Classroom Support: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment.
-Academic Development: Help students progress academically by providing tailored support and encouragement.
-One-to-One Support: Work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including but not limited to SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
-Student Engagement: Provide personalised attention to help students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
