Job Title: Youth Worker

As a teaching assistant, you will: Support Classroom Activities: Assist teachers with planning and conducting engaging classroom activities, Assist with Academic Development: Help students progress academically through tailored support and encouragement. Provide One-to-One Support: Work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including but not limited to SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour. Engage and Encourage: Ensure students receive the personalised attention they need to thrive. What we need from you: Eligibility to Work in the UK. A genuine enthusiasm for pursuing a career in education is essential. You should possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to interact with students and staff effectively.
