Collaborate with the school's SENCO and teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans. Support Looked After Children to ensure they receive the necessary care and attention. Utilize Makaton to facilitate communication and understanding for students with communication difficulties. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and respected. Requirements: Proven experience as an Early Years Specialist with a focus on supporting challenging behavior. Experience in supporting Looked After Children (LAC) is advantageous. Proficiency in using Makaton to enhance communication with students. Ability to establish strong rapport with young learners and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
