This full-time role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours across various age groups. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour in line with individual education plans. • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. • Work flexibly across different age groups, adapting to the unique needs of each class. • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development in a safe and nurturing environment. • Implement behaviour management strategies effectively, promoting positive outcomes for students. Requirements: • Experience working with students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential). • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience. • Flexibility to work with various age groups and adapt to changing needs. • A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
