Job Title: Nursery Assistant
Nursery Assistant – A Role to Brighten Your Days!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 15:30. Full-time. Temporary to permanent.
Pay: From £83.40 per day on PAYE (no pesky umbrella deductions!).
Location: South Gloucestershire - just over the bridge!

This Special School supports learners aged 3 to 19 with a range of needs including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Their focus? Tailored learning, creativity, and care.

Is This Role for You?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Experience working with SEND learners, particularly those with Autism.
Relevant qualifications like NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching (bonus points if you have Makaton training!).
A love for creative activities to aid speech and language development.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a rewarding environment.
Enhanced DBS check (don’t worry, we can help with this).
Personal experience with Autism counts too! We value life experience just as much as professional expertise.
