Role Details • Position: Full-time Teaching Assistant • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM • Pay: Starting at £83.40 per day (PAYE) ________________________________________ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work closely with a pupil with ASD and additional needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience. Your duties will include: • Helping the pupil stay focused and engaged during lessons. • Reinforcing key concepts and ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. • Creating a structured, supportive environment that promotes growth and confidence. • Establishing clear boundaries and maintaining a nurturing, approachable presence. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Qualifications: o Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree in any subject. • Skills: o Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with pupils and staff. o Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust and rapport with children. • Experience: o Prior experience working in SEND settings is highly desirable. o A basic understanding of Speech and Language support is a bonus (training available). ________________________________________ Why Choose Us?
