Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students. - Provide tailored assistance to meet individual student needs, focusing on SEN/SEMH requirements. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Support students in both group and one-on-one settings. Requirements: - Experience working with SEN and SEMH students is highly desirable. - A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
