We’re working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham (B32) that is looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. The Role:
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Birmingham, B32
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Term Time Only)
• Pay: Starting from £89 per day (PAYE) – depending on experience and qualifications
• Contract: Full-time, ongoing until the end of the academic year
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across KS1 and KS2
• Helping pupils with special educational needs (including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural needs)
• Creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
• Assisting with personal care and following individual care plans when required
