Job Title: SEN Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our all-through special needs school in Brent, supporting students up to 16 years old who are working at a Key Stage 1-2 learning level. This is a full-time position, starting after Easter. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students working at a KS1-KS2 level. Provide a nurturing and structured learning environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching KS1 or KS2. Previous experience working with SEN students in a school setting. A patient, adaptable, and inclusive teaching approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
