Teaching Assistant at Special Needs Primary School
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team at a special needs primary school in Brent. If you have a strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Role: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Special Needs Primary School, Brent
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Part-time and Full-time positions available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to primary school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Assist students with more complex needs, helping them engage and thrive in the school environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver individualized support and meet each child’s emotional, academic, and developmental needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom experience for all students.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential: Experience working with children with ASD.
Beneficial: Background in supporting children with complex needs.
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with staff and contribute to a positive school environment.
