We are seeking an experienced LSA to join our Secondary SEN School in Enfield, where you will support students with SEMH and behavioural challenges. Position Details: Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: SEN Secondary School, Enfield (EN3) Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Long-term, full-time) Contract Type: Long-term Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs. Work alongside teachers to develop personalised learning plans. Assist in lesson delivery and ensure full participation from students. Support students in building independence and confidence across all areas of school life. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with SEMH or in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs).
