Position Details: Role: SEND Teaching Assistant Location: Bournemouth Type: Term-Time, Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: £85-£90 per day Start Date: Immediate Your Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to students, helping them engage with learning in a way that suits their individual needs. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged. Support teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and strategies for students with SEMH and ADHD. Foster students' confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being through patience and understanding. Help with classroom management, ensuring students remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.
