Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support for Year 3 Student with SEMH Needs) Location: Mainstream Primary School in Ealing (Near Castle Bar Station) Date: Start ASAP, full time, long term Axcis are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a vulnerable Year 3 student with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life, helping them succeed in a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school. In this role, you will need to keep the child engages, build a great trusting relationship, where the child can keep engaged in classwork. Key Details: Location: Ealing, near Castle Bar Station (easy access via public transport) Role: 1:1 support for a Year 3 child with SEMH needs School Type: Mainstream primary school with a positive and nurturing environment The ideal candidate will: -Have experience working with children with SEMH needs -Have experience with challenging behaviour -Be patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting the student's emotional and educational development -Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies The school is situated in a great location with convenient transport links and boasts a highly supportive environment where staff work closely together to ensure the best outcomes for students.
