In this rewarding role, you will be providing essential support to autistic children facing behaviour challenges. The successful candidates will be expected to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Essential qualifications for this position include a comprehensive understanding of effective strategies for managing difficult behaviour, a willingness to assist with personal care tasks and previous experience working with young people with special needs or challenging behaviour. The remuneration for this vital role starts from £93.48 per day and this increases after 12 weeks. There is also the opportunity to become employed permanently by the school.
