Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (Chingford, E4)
Full-Time | Immediate Start | Cover Shifts Available
A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Chingford (E4) is looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school is committed to providing a supportive learning environment and is well-regarded for its positive ethos and strong community feel.
About the Role:
-Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:30pm
-General classroom support and 1:1 assistance where needed
-Working closely with teachers and SEN staff across various year groups
-Additional cover shifts also available for added flexibility
-Start date: Immediate or as soon as possible
The ideal candidate will:
-Have experience working with children or young people in the UK (essential)
-Be proactive, adaptable, and confident in a busy classroom setting (essential)
-Be enthusiastic about supporting students’ academic and personal development (essential)
-Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
