Job Title: Wrap Around Supervisor
Wrap Around Care Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Wrap Around Care Supervisor to join our primary school team in Maghull. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment before and after the school day.
Position Schedule:
Breakfast Club: 7:30 - 9:00 am
Midday Supervision: 11:45 am - 1:15 pm
After-School Club: 2:30 - 5:45/6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Breakfast Club (7:30 - 9:00 am): Set up and supervise a welcoming breakfast environment where children can enjoy a nutritious start to the day. This includes preparing and serving simple breakfast items, encouraging good table manners, and organizing gentle morning activities to prepare children for their school day.
Midday Supervision (11:45 am - 1:15 pm): Oversee children during lunch, encouraging safe play, positive social interactions, and good behavior. You’ll also assist with any lunchtime routines, address minor first aid needs if necessary, and ensure a calm return to class.
After-School Club (2:30 - 5:45/6:00 pm): Plan and lead a variety of engaging activities—like arts and crafts, sports, games, and quiet study time—to keep children actively engaged until pick-up time. You’ll also provide a light snack, monitor children’s safety, and maintain a friendly, structured environment where each child feels valued and supported.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work across different parts of the school day, build strong relationships with students, and become a valued member of our school community. If you’re organized, reliable, and passionate about making a positive impact on young children’s school experience, we’d love to hear from you.
