Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
ocation: Barnet, Primary School
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students with their behaviour, building positive relationships, and working closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives on helping them overcome behavioural challenges while being a positive role model.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behaviour management strategies to support students effectively.
Encourage and assist children in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address and resolve behavioural issues.
Monitor and provide detailed reports on student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student well-being.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under guidance.
