Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Mainstream Primary School in Hillingdon

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:45 am - 3:45 pm

Axcis Education is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a fantastic mainstream primary school in Hillingdon. This full-time role runs from Monday to Friday, and the school is looking for someone to commit for the full academic year, starting in February.
The role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with ADHD and Autism within the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working in mainstream schools with children who have ADHD, Autism, and SEMH needs. You will need to be patient, proactive, and capable of managing challenging behaviour while creating a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
-DBS certificate (on the Update Service)
-Experience working with children with ADHD and Autism in mainstream educational settings
-Ability to manage challenging behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere
-SEMH experience is highly desirable
-A kind, patient, and proactive nature with excellent communication skills
-Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 3:45 pm
