Job Title: TEACHER
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team in EN1. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. As a SEND Teacher, you will provide tailored support to help students access the curriculum and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
Differentiate teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Work closely with the SEND team to track and support student progress.
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide regular updates to parents and carers.
Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.
Attend meetings and contribute to reviews of student progress and development.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified teacher with experience in SEND education.
Passionate about supporting students with additional needs and ensuring they reach their full potential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other educators and support staff.
Patient, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment.
