Axcis Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in North Bristol. This full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm, term-time only) is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting learning, inclusion, and high achievement for all pupils. About the Role: Provide in-class support for all children, including those with SEND. Deliver small group interventions and support individual pupils. Lead whole class teaching when required. Support children during playtimes to encourage positive interactions. Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to enhance pupil progress. The Ideal Candidate: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEND.
