Axcis Education is working with a highly inclusive and successful mainstream secondary school in Barnet to recruit Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience working with students with diverse learning needs in a supportive school environment.
About the Role:
Supporting students with their learning in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
Working with students with a range of individual needs, including SEND
Collaborating with teachers and the learning support team to help students access the curriculum
Full-time position, 34 hours per week
