Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Axcis Education is working with a specialist Autism Resource Provision attached to a mainstream secondary school in Barnet to recruit a Speech & Language Therapist (SaLT) with experience in Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated therapy team and make a real impact on students' development.

About the Role:
Supporting conversational-level autistic students in a structured, nurturing environment
Managing a discrete clinical caseload with a focus on evidence-based interventions
Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and other Speech & Language Therapists to develop innovative therapy approaches
Delivering training sessions as part of the department’s CPD programme
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with Autistic students in an educational or clinical setting
Knowledge of SCERTS and Social Thinking curriculum is an advantage
A team player with a positive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
An understanding of the importance of well-being for both staff and students
Job Details:
Contract: Fixed-term until 23rd July 2025, with the potential to extend
Hours: 18 hours per week, term-time only
