Job Advertisement: SLT Behaviour and Culture Lead Location: Rainhill Contract Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm (September to December) Ofsted Rating: Good Parking: Onsite Parking Available Role Overview: As the SLT Behaviour and Culture Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the school's positive learning environment. Your primary focus will be on promoting high standards of behaviour, enhancing the school's culture, and ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and a supportive school culture. • Lead and manage behaviour policies, ensuring they are effectively communicated and consistently applied. • Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to address behavioural issues and support student well-being. • Monitor and evaluate the impact of behaviour initiatives, using data to inform practice and drive improvement. • Provide training and support to staff on behaviour management techniques and cultural awareness. • Foster a school environment that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and respect. • Engage with external agencies and community partners to enhance student support services.
