What We’re Looking For: • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.). • Experience working with students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by SEND students. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to ongoing professional development. • Enhanced child and adult DBS clearance.
