Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment tailored to the needs of every student.
Assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and detailed reports to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain a strong safeguarding ethos to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Genuine enthusiasm for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
