Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Attachment Disorder
Axcis have been asked to recruit on behalf of a large Primary school in BS11 for a Teaching Assistant who has had prior experience working with pupils with attachment disorder. The need is in a year 3 class where the student has so far struggled to integrate. The current timetable is 8:30-13:00 Mon-Fri but this may change in the future. The pupil had has a number of changes recently so the school are looking to recruit a candidate with resilience who would be able to commit to working with the pupil until the end of the year. The school have said that the student is prone to outbursts but gets considerably better once they have a routine and consistency. The student is academically capable they just need that consistent support. The school has a fantastic long standing team in place and a supportive SLT in place. They benefit from having a number of direct buses to them as well as plenty of on street parking.
