Job Title: SEND Teacher - Resource Provision
Are you an outstanding Teacher wanting to support young learners with ASD across the Key Stage 1? Do you have experience of working with Autistic children/young people in an education setting and a passion for inclusion and enabling all children to overcome barriers to learning? We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and dynamic ASD Teacher to work across the Primary Curriculum supporting 10 pupils in the specialist ASD provision of one of our wonderful partner schools in Bradford. You should be self-motivated with a creative approach to curriculum delivery and have the skills to continuously improve the learning experience for our pupils. You should have experience of working with young people with Autism and complex needs and understand what approaches work well and how building positive relationships are key. This position has been created to support the growth of the Resource Provision and the needs of our pupils, it is a great opportunity to be part of a team proving the very best possible educational opportunities for our pupils within a nurturing and supportive setting. You will be working alongside the existing SEND Team, but also taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Unit, in conjunction with the main school SENDCO.
