Location- Barking Start Date- 14th October 2024 Duration- Ongoing throughout the 2024- 25 academic year. This role will involve supporting a Year 5 student one to one. The child is autistic, and he also has a physical disability, so he will require help with mobility and personal care. The pupil uses PECS to communicate, so the successful candidate for this role will have previous experiencing of using this in a classroom setting. The student may also exhibit challenging behaviour, so Team Teacch training is a distinct advantage.
