Rarely available, this role is a great opportunity to get involved and make a real difference, without being stuck inside a class room! I'm looking for a unique TA who isn't scared of getting their hands dirty and thrives on watching children overcome obstacles in nature. Someone who lives to partake in outdoor learning, someone who enjoys a role where every day is different and someone who can think quickly and enjoys overcoming obstacles. The role itself is supporting students aged 6-19 with SEMH (Social and Emotional mental health) difficulties, Autism and those who can display challenging behaviour, supporting on both a 1-1 and general class basis where necessary. You will build strong, professional relationships with staff and students alike and will make a profound difference to the children and young adults lives in particular, just by being you. Ideally this role would suit a car driver due to the rural location, someone looking for full time regular hours in the same setting who wants to become an integral part of the team. The pay for this position varies from £95.29 per day to £110.00 per day dependant on your previous experience and you will be paid weekly, every Friday, a week in arrears.
