We are seeking a passionate and skilled Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 3 student with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural challenges. This full-time role in E4 is from 8:25 AM to 4:00 PM. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with the student to develop strategies that help them manage their behaviour, engage with learning, and develop social skills. Experience with SEMH and behavioural issues is highly desirable, and a patient, adaptable approach is essential.
