Behaviour Specialist – Primary School (Tulse Hill) A primary school in Tulse Hill is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Behaviour Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in supporting children with extremely challenging behaviour in an educational setting. Role Details: • Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time) • Duration: Long-term position for the right candidate • Location: Tulse Hill Key Requirements: • Proven experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviours, including physical aggression (hitting, kicking, spitting) and the use of inappropriate or offensive language. • Confidence in managing and de-escalating difficult situations while maintaining a supportive and nurturing approach. • Positive handling training (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, or equivalent). • A resilient, patient, and professional attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
