Essential Qualifications & Traits: - Must be a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder. - Proven experience in teaching SEND children, with a strong emphasis on working with ASD students. - An empathetic, friendly, and approachable demeanour. - A relentless drive to make educational experiences memorable and meaningful. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
