Job Title: Primary school teacher
Location: Lambeth Hours: Full-Time Role: Primary School teacher An enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher is currently sought for a delightful primary school located in Lambeth. The teacher will have the privilege of fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for a Year 6 class within a school. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Efficiently planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class. • Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning. - Utilising an array of teaching methods to inspire and motivate children. – • Carrying out assessments of children's work and providing constructive and timely feedback. • Collaborating with colleagues to organize and manage duties, including contributing to the development of cross-curricular initiatives. • Liaising with parents and guardians regarding pupil progress and participating in parent-teacher meetings. • Actively participating in and contributing to school meetings, in-service training, and continual professional development. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • A proven track record of teaching at the primary level, with specific experience in teaching Year 6 being very advantageous. • A strong understanding of child development and the latest educational theories and practices.
