Job Title: MLD Teaching assistant

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide tailored support to pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties within a classroom setting
- Implement individual education plans, effectively communicating with teachers to enhance student learning outcomes
- Foster a positive, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Encourage pupils' social and emotional development, offering empathetic support and guidance
- Assist with the development and implementation of inclusive teaching practices
- Monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educational psychologists, to support student needs
