The ideal candidate will have a NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and proven experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Responsibilities: - Provide specialized support to students with complex communication and interaction difficulties - Assist teaching staff in implementing strategies to enhance communication and social interaction skills - Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to support student development - Create and implement individualized communication plans for students - Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities Qualifications: - NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field - Proven experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly those with communication and interaction difficulties - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with complex needs If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students .
