College Support Assistant (Bricklaying) Are you confident, patient, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? What You'll Do: - Support students in Bricklaying and Childcare lessons. - Work with learners with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviour. - Provide positive reinforcement — be the person who lifts them up instead of knocking them down. - Be confident, firm but fair, offering structure, guidance, and encouragement in every session. What We're Looking For: - Confidence and Assertiveness: You'll need to hold your ground while staying approachable and supportive. - Patience and Positivity: Help students develop both skills and confidence through constructive feedback. - Empathy and Understanding: Build trusting relationships with learners who might need that extra nudge to succeed.
