Axcis Education is looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our team to support teaching, learning and progress, and the development of independent learning skills of students with additional learning needs with secondary students with SEMH. School is located in Chingford E4. Key Responsibilities: • Support students with their individual learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups. • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities. • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere. You will need to have a valid DBS and previous experience working with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour. Hours are 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, part-time and full-time options.
