Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and preparing classroom materials.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive atmosphere.
Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children.
Experience in a similar role or setting (e.g., education, childcare, or youth work) is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
