Teaching Assistant (Polish Speaking) – Special Needs College in Hounslow We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Needs College in Hounslow. This full-time role involves providing 1:1 support to a Polish-speaking student, focusing on basic numeracy and literacy throughout the school day. The position starts in September 2024. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized support to a Polish-speaking student. Assist with basic numeracy and literacy skills. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment. Requirements: Fluency in Polish. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with special needs students. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
