Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Role: SEN Teaching Assistant We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a reception pupil with severe Autism within our inclusive and vibrant school located in Smethwick . This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a significant difference in a child's early educational journey. Responsibilities : - Assist with personal care needs in a respectful and sensitive manner, ensuring the dignity and comfort of the child are maintained at all times. - Adapt learning materials to the needs of the pupil. - Be attentive to the safety and wellbeing of the child throughout the school day - Comfortable with Personal Care Requirements : -Experience in providing 1:1 support in an educational setting is an advantage but not essential. - Enhanced DBS check is a prerequisite for this role & on the update service. - Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is desirable.
