We are seeking a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Needs College in Hounslow. This full-time role involves providing one-on-one support to a Polish-speaking student, with a focus on improving fundamental literacy and numeracy skills throughout the school day. The position is available to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized support to a Polish-speaking student. Assist in building basic literacy and numeracy skills. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment. Requirements: Fluency in Polish. Patience, empathy, and a strong dedication to supporting students with special needs. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
