We are seeking a dedicated Learning Coach to join our team at a mainstream college in Kingston. In this role, you will provide general student support throughout the day, helping learners aged 16-18 as they navigate their studies. Your responsibilities will include: -Offering one-on-one support to students, particularly those retaking Maths and English GCSE. -Assisting in the development of study skills and strategies for academic success. -Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. -Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Requirements: -Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -A passion for education and helping students reach their potential.
