Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant, Redditch
We are currently seeking a learning support assistant to support a small group of learners with EHCPs with their base lessons, working in both small groups of students and 1-to-1 support when required. This client also requires a learning support assistant to work with students with more profound SEND needs, which will focus on obtaining skills to help them to be successful after study with emphasis on obtaining skills such as designing objects to sell and baked goods to order. This is a full-time, long-term role, in which you’ll be provided with support from us at Axcis Education, the UK’s leading SEND specialist agency and from amazing in-school management who strive to help each staff member find their SEND passion niche. This role will be starting immediately and can be worked for either Monday to Thursday every week or for a full Monday to Friday for the hours of 9am till 3pm. You will be paid on a weekly basis. This role's pay starts from £95.29 per day dependent upon experience & relevant qualifications.
