Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Early Years Autism Support) – Horfield, Bristol
Are you passionate about working with young children with autism and helping them thrive in their early years? Axcis Education is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Early Years with autism at a Primary School in North Bristol. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 3:30 pm), with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The School is a well-respected, inclusive Christian school with a strong sense of community. The school has an excellent reputation for academic, pastoral, and spiritual development, offering a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and safe. What we’re looking for: • Experience supporting young children with autism, ideally in an Early Years setting • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children with SEND • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work closely with teachers and parents • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why this school?
