Full-Time Learning Support Assistant Needed Location: Dorking Start Date: Immediate We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our specialist school for boys aged 9 to 16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Role Responsibilities: Provide support to students with SEMH and moderate learning difficulties both in and outside the classroom. Assist with small class sizes (up to 6 students) using personalized lesson plans. Help students build confidence, manage their behavior, and reach their full potential.
